Who is responsible
This website is operated by SETTWOR, the artist it is about. For any privacy question, write to settwor@gmail.com.
What data is processed
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details when you load a page, as described in its privacy statement.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics is loaded. It uses cookies to measure which pages are viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded.
- Embedded content. The home page includes a YouTube video (via the youtube-nocookie.com domain) and a Spotify player. When they load, YouTube/Google and Spotify may receive technical data and may set their own cookies.
- Email. If you write to the address above, your message and email address are used only to reply to you.
Why and on what basis
- Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Running and securing the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Replying to your email: legitimate interest or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) / 6(1)(b) GDPR).
